This overlay mimics the "Who's That Pokémon?" game from the Pokémon TV show! It shows a silhouette of the Pokémon, waits a few seconds, then shows the official art work and name of the Pokémon. Chat messages are sent asking "Who's that Pokémon?" and "It's <Pokémon name>!" This fixes a bug in the previous version of this command that broke when run from chat with no arguments. By default, the image is shown in the middle of the overlay. If you want to resize the image, be sure to change the size in both the shadow and art overlays. You may want to unlock the command so that it doesn't block other commands. The overlay uses the "Pocket Monk" font for the text. You can download it from https://hyperpix.net/fonts/pokemon-game-font/. By default, the command will show a random Pokémon. If, for some reason, you want to specify a specific Pokémon, the ID number or name of the Pokémon can be passed as the first argument. This command uses the API at https://pokeapi.co/docs/v2#pokemon to get the Pokémon data.

Made some adjustments to the timing as I thought 5 seconds was too fast but works great!
