This is the only one in the Community Commands that I have found that works currently. You do have to subscribe to openweathermap to get your Api to use. It is free for the API service provided you don't go over the 1000 chat responses daily and that can be set by you as the maximum so that you don't go over that amount. I chose to disable the overlay and the city,state,country code options and things worked awesome.
