Roulette

A fun little chance game, that my chat love. This will give the user a 50/50 chance of being timed out for 3 minutes. Usage: Setup as a !roulette chat command, or as a channel point redemption. Setup: There is nothing you need to do. However, the wording is quite heavy. You may like to change the chat messages to better suit your channel and your community. You can adjust the 50/50 chance by changing the $randomnumber2 in Pull Number. For example $randomnumber3 will make it 1/3 chance to timeout. $randomnumber4 will make it 1/4 chance to timeout. I've found 1/2 is ideal. You can also adjust the timeout time if you'd like. Update 2nd Jan 2022: I have added a conditional checkout before timeout, so that it won't timeout mods. This is so they won't be timed out and lose their mod status.
