    Effective date: October 24, 2025 · Version: 1.0.0

This policy sets the baseline expectations for how you interact with Mix It Up services, APIs, and community spaces. It consolidates our prior Acceptable Use, Anti-Spam, and Community Standards statements into a single reference.

    1. Scope

The policy applies to the Mix It Up platform operated by Blazing Cacti LLC, including desktop and online applications, APIs/SDKs/CLIs, documentation, support surfaces, and official community channels (for example, Discord, forums, and GitHub repositories).

    2. Acceptable Use Requirements

You may not misuse the Services. Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:

    • Sending spam or unsolicited bulk messaging, including bot-driven outreach without the recipient’s consent.
    • Scraping, exporting, or otherwise exfiltrating data in ways that violate platform or user permissions (including channel chat scopes you have not been granted).
    • Attempting to evade or bypass rate limits, access controls, or other technical safeguards.
    • Introducing malware, attempting denial-of-service attacks, or conducting security testing without written permission.
    • Posting or transmitting infringing, unlawful, hateful, harassing, or doxxing content, or encouraging others to do so.
    • Manipulating platform metrics, alerts, or monetization signals through automation or deception.
    • Using the Services to defraud, phish, or otherwise mislead users, creators, or partners.

    3. Anti-Spam & Commercial Messaging

Marketing and operational communications that originate from Mix It Up properties or automations built on our Services must comply with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), CAN-SPAM, and similar laws:

    • Obtain express or implied consent before sending commercial electronic messages (CEMs) to end users. Honor regional consent requirements when delivering messages on behalf of creators.
    • Disclose your identity and provide valid contact details in each CEM.
    • Include a functional unsubscribe or opt-out mechanism and process opt-outs within 10 business days.
    • Maintain proof-of-consent records that can be produced upon request.
    • We do not send SMS/text messages or place automated calls.

Report suspected spam or abuse to privacy@mixitup.bot or abuse@mixitup.bot.

    4. Community Conduct & Moderation

When participating in official Mix It Up community surfaces you must also follow our Code of Conduct. We expect respectful, inclusive, and considerate engagement. Legal disclaimers now live in the Terms of Service and End User License Agreement.

    5. Enforcement & Reporting

We may suspend or terminate access to any part of the Services for violations of this policy. Report abuse, policy violations, or suspected security issues to abuse@mixitup.bot (general) or security@mixitup.bot (security). We investigate credible reports and may share them with affected platform partners or authorities where required.
