    Effective date: October 24, 2025 · Version: 1.0.0

This Cookie Policy explains how Blazing Cacti LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies in connection with the Mix It Up websites under *.mixitup.bot, *.mixitupbot.com, and mixitup.bot (the Website). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

    • We use essential cookies that are limited to basic site operation and remembering your consent choice.
    • We use analytics cookies on the Website to understand traffic and improve performance.
    • We do not use advertising, remarketing, or social tracking cookies.
    • We show a consent banner to all visitors; analytics cookies are set only after you accept, and Global Privacy Control signals are honored as a declination.

The desktop application itself does not set browser cookies; telemetry and diagnostics are collected via operating-system and application instrumentation. However, if you use overlay widgets that are rendered in a browser context (for example, a Clip Playback widget loaded as a browser source in your broadcasting software), those widgets may load third-party media players from Twitch, YouTube, Kick, or Velora, and those platforms may set their own cookies in that browser context — including, for standard YouTube embeds, Google advertising-capable cookies. Those platforms act under their own cookie and privacy policies; we do not control the cookies they set.

    2. What are cookies and similar technologies?

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, SDKs, and device identifiers that may serve comparable purposes. We refer to these collectively as cookies in this Policy.

    3. What we use (and what we don’t)

We present a cookie consent banner to all visitors, regardless of location. Analytics cookies are not set until you accept; declining (or simply not accepting) leaves only essential cookies in place. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a declination and the banner is set to declined automatically. You can change your choice at any time through the banner controls or your browser settings.

We classify our use as follows:

    1) Essential cookies

Essential cookies are limited to basic site operation and remembering your consent choice (for example, the cookie that stores whether you accepted or declined analytics).

    2) Analytics cookies (Website only)

Used to understand site usage, diagnose issues, and improve content. We do not use these for cross‑site advertising or “sharing.”

    • Google Analytics (GA4): first‑party analytics cookies such as:

      • _ga (up to 2 years),
      • _ga_* (up to 2 years),
      • _gid (about 24 hours). GA helps measure page views, events, referrers, and similar traffic metrics. We do not enable Ads features, Google Signals, or data sharing for advertising.

We do not use these categories

    • Advertising/remarketing cookies: not set by us.
    • Social media tracking pixels for ads: not deployed.
    • Cross‑context behavioral advertising: not performed.

    4. Managing cookies

You have options to control cookies:

    • Browser controls. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Blocking essential cookies can break core site features.
    • Google Analytics opt‑outs. You can use browser add‑ons and GA opt‑out tools provided by Google.
    • Do Not Track (DNT). There is no common standard; we do not respond to DNT signals.
    • Global Privacy Control (GPC). We honor recognized GPC signals as an opt‑out for sale/sharing under relevant U.S. privacy laws; we do not sell or share personal information via cookies.

    5. Third-party cookies

Our websites do not embed third-party media players or identity-provider widgets. Third-party cookies can arise only in the desktop overlay-widget context described above, where the platforms involved (Twitch, YouTube, Kick, Velora) act under their own policies.

    6. International and regional notices

The consent banner described in this Policy is shown to all visitors regardless of region.

    7. Updates to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in our practices or the law. When we do, we will revise the Effective date at the top. For material changes, we may provide additional notice (for example, a short banner on the Website).
