Getting Started
Fourthwall is a merch and shop platform for creators. Connecting it to Mix It Up generates a unique webhook URL that lets Fourthwall send order, donation, and gift alerts directly to the app.
Events
Fourthwall Donation
This event fires when a donation is made through your Fourthwall shop. It provides all of the Donations special identifiers along with all of the standard User special identifiers that represent the user that donated. The following additional Special Identifier is also available:
- $fourthwallitemname = The name of the associated Fourthwall product. This identifier is set for every Fourthwall event, but on a plain donation with no associated offer it resolves to an empty value.
Fourthwall Order Placed
This event fires when an order is placed in your Fourthwall shop. It provides all of the Donations special identifiers along with all of the standard User special identifiers that represent the user that placed the order. The following additional Special Identifiers are available:
- $fourthwallitemname = The name of the Fourthwall product that was ordered
Fourthwall Gift Purchase
This event fires when someone purchases a gift for the community in your Fourthwall shop. It provides all of the Donations special identifiers along with all of the standard User special identifiers that represent the user that purchased the gift. The following additional Special Identifiers are available:
- $fourthwallitemname = The name of the Fourthwall product that was gifted
Connecting
To connect, head to the Services page in Mix It Up, find Fourthwall, and click Connect. Mix It Up will generate your unique Fourthwall Webhook URL. Copy that URL and paste it into your Fourthwall shop admin dashboard under Settings > For developers > Webhooks. Once that’s done, Fourthwall will send events to Mix It Up as they happen.
