Pally.gg is a team tipping platform that lets viewers support everyone on the stream at once. Connecting it to Mix It Up delivers tip alerts directly to the app in real time.
Events
Pally.gg Donation
This event fires when a tip is received through your Pally.gg page. It provides all of the Donations special identifiers along with all of the standard User special identifiers that represent the user that sent the tip. Replaying a tip from your Pally.gg activity feed will run this event again. The following additional Special Identifiers are available:
- $pallypageslug = The URL slug of the Pally.gg page the tip came through (EX: my-team-page)
- $pallypagetitle = The title of the Pally.gg page the tip came through (EX: My Team Page)
Connecting
To connect, create an API key in your Pally.gg dashboard under Settings > API Keys, then paste it into the API Key field for Pally.gg on the Services page and click Log In. Mix It Up uses the API key to connect to Pally.gg’s real-time event feed, so tips arrive with no polling delay.
