The Users page allows you to view and edit the information of your users. On the main page, you will be able to see some basic information about all of your users, including each user’s custom title in the Title column, as well as have the option to search for specific users by their username or any other available filter type, such as the Has Title filter for users that have a custom title set. When you click on the Edit button next to a user, a User Editor window will pop up.
New to Mix It Up and not seeing anyone on the list?
Please note that Mix It Up automatically adds users to the list whenever they are detected in your chat. It may take time for your users to show as they join your channel while Mix It Up is running. You can also use the “Add User” function to manually add users to list.
Editing User Data
The User Editor window allows you to view more detailed information about the User, as well as add & edit features about that user. These features include:
- Setting a custom user title
- Currency & Rank & Inventory values
- Custom Chat Commands that only this user can use
- Customized entrance command that will run when the user sends their first message in chat.
- Special Exemption for the user from things such as Currency & Rank gains & requirements, random selection for games, and other features.
- Adjusting a user’s associated Patreon account
Importing User Data
No matter what previous Streaming bot you came from, you can easily import your user data from either a plain-text or spreadsheet file. When you click on the Import Data button, you’ll be presented with a window to select the file that contains your user data, as well as specify what each column of that user data corresponds to. Your data file is only required to contain either the Username or the User’s ID associated with their streaming platform. Every other field is completely optional.
NOTE: If the file you specify is a text file, each piece of data must be separated by a space, tab, comma, or semicolon character (any of these four separators are recognized). For example, if I had a text file containing a user’s ID, username, and their live viewing hours and minutes my text file would look something like this:

Let’s assume my data file was the example above. In this case, I would specify the values below with the following column numbers:
- User ID (Platform ID): 1
- User Name (Platform Username): 2
- Live Viewing Time (Hours): 3
- Live Viewing Time (Minutes): 4
The import’s default columns are these four (Platform ID, Platform Username, Viewing Hours, Viewing Minutes), so every value in the example row maps cleanly: the 4th value (293) is the Viewing Minutes column. “Live Viewing Time” is simply a combined label for the two separate Hours and Minutes columns.
